CHARLES SUJANSKY - CEO

Chuck directs the strategic management of the company, consults to executive clients and leads the workforce solutions division of KEYGroup.  Using customized tools and consultation, he has helped clients significantly reduce hiring costs, improve retention and increase producticity, especially in the areas of sales revenues and profits.  Chuck consults to clients across many types of industries, including manufacturing, retatio, financial and healthcare.  His specialties include group facilitation on leadership development, labor relations, return-on-investment human resources practices, retention consultation and productivity enhancement.

 

Chuck is a Certified Trainer of the Customer Service Profile, and the Profiles Performance Indicator, and the PXT Select through Profiles International. 

 

DR. JAN FERRI-REED - PRESIDENT

Jan is a seasoned consultant and President of KEYGroup, a 30-year inernational speaking, training and assessment firm and co-author of Keeping the Millennials: Why Companies are Losing Billions in Turnover to This Generation and What To Do About It. And her recent book Millennials 2.0 - Empowering Generation Y has been used as a resource by several clients.  Jan has presented a variety of programs to thousands of managers and employees in a diverse range of organizations across the globe.  Jan's work focuses on creating productive workplaces, facilitation of senior level, planning and team building retreats and keynoting at corporate and association events.

ED DONOVAN - DIRECTOR OF ASSESSMENT AND PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Ed specializes in the design and delivery of employee satisfaction and workplace needs assessments.  He also develops and implements appropriate consulting and training strategies that drive organizational change for increased growth and profitability.  Ed’s focus areas include leadership development, communication styles and strategies, team-building, conflict resolution and customer relations.  His clients include retail, health care, manufacturing, public sector and financial institutions.  Ed’s unique knowledge and practice of adult education as well as his development and delivery of creative programs provide clients with customized design, innovative delivery options and measurable learning outcomes.  He has been instrumental in developing and delivering innovative team-building programs for KEYGroup® clients including experiential outdoor learning, equine-assisted programs and multi-media problem-solving experiences.

KELLY HANNA - DIRECTOR OF SALES AND MARKETING

Kelly is a veteran sales executive who specializes in marketing speakers and trainers to companies, associations and organizations across the globe.  At KEYGroup, Kelly maintains all marketing outlets including the website, social media resources and newsletter announcements.  A master negotiater, she makes sure that every event organizer is in good hands and has the resources needed to be assured of an outstanding event.
