Phase II – High potential development report

Phase III – Individual executive coaching
Focused consulting session for each leader to develop a robust individual development plan based on two-four development areas as revealed through assessment results and suggestions for improvement
Two hours of coaching per leader
Phase IV – Learning and development program
Four half-day skill development programs based on key development opportunities revealed in assessment and stakeholder feedback
Phase V – Re-administration of 360° assessment 10-14 months after engagement to assess progress
Measurement of progress based on metrics determined through baseline assessments and anecdotal feedback from key stakeholders

- Job profile of high performer in role
- Coaching report for leader’s manager
- 360° assessment report on eighteen key behaviors of successful leaders, identification of strengths, critical and priority areas for development and practical suggestions and resources for improvement areas
- Individual coaching sessions
- Post-engagement 360° assessment report evidencing progress
- Coaching summary report for leader and manager including documentation of measurable results
