The Leadership Development Process

- Input (focus groups, web-based surveys and surveys and/or teleconferences) from a random sample of participants is collected to uncover skill gaps.
- Participants take assessments specific to needs.
- Assessment results and input are used to select and customize learning modules.

Follow-up and

- Monthly learning groups, (teleconferences, webinars, etc.) are facilitated by individual participants.
- Assessment is re-administered to determine progress 10-12 months later.
- One-on-one executive coaching is provided to high potential performers.

- Participants schedule pre-session meeting with their managers to review learning module objectives and content.
- Participants mutually establish development goals with their managers based on assessment results.
- Development goals are incorporated into the performance management system.
