Phase I – Assessment
Two online assessments:
- Individual competencies (cognitive, behavioral and interests)
- Management competencies and behaviors (360 degree assessment) rated by self, manager, peers, direct reports and other selected key stakeholders
Input from key stakeholders regarding leader’s strengths, development opportunities, and suggestions for enhancing leadership skills.
Phase II – Individual executive coaching
Focused and intense learning sessions based on two-four development areas as revealed through assessment results and suggestions for improvement
High performance model for high performer in role
Two hours of coaching per leader per month for twelve months
Phase III – Re-administration of 360 degree assessment 10-14 months after engagement to assess progress
Measurement of progress based on metrics determined through baseline assessments and anecdotal feedback from key stakeholders
Program includes:
- Individual report of competencies
- High performance model of high performer in role
- Coaching report for leader’s manager
- 360 degree assessment report on eighteen key behaviors of successful leaders, identification of strengths, critical and priority areas for development and practical suggestions and resources for improvement areas
- Individual coaching sessions
- Post-engagement 360 degree assessment report evidencing progress
- Coaching summary report for leader and manager including documentation of measurable results
