Gen Y Employee Survey
This survey is for the purpose of comparing manager and Gen Y employee (those under 30 years of age) expectations in the workplace.
Please read each question below and select the choice that closely reflects your opinion. Your survey along with any information used by KEYGroup will be kept anonymous.
1. How important are technological tools (internet, database management systems, mobile communication devices, state-of-the-art software programs, etc.) to effectively perform your job?
2. How much autonomy do you expect to have in a new job?
A) Substantial amount. I expect a lot of freedom in how I perform my job.
B) Medium amount. I expect some autonomy, and direction, at times, from my manager.
