Gen Y Manager Survey

This survey is for the purpose of comparing manager and Gen Y employee (those under 30 years of age) expectations in the workplace.

Please read each question below and select the choice that most closely reflects your opinion. Your specific responses along with any information you provide will be kept confidential.  Overall themes may be published.

1. How important are technological tools (internet, database management systems, mobile communication devices, state-of-the-art software programs, etc) for Generation Ys to perform their jobs effectively?

2. How much autonomy do you allow newly hired Generation Y employees?

A) Substantial amount. I allow Generation Ys a lot of freedom in how they perform their jobs.
B) Medium amount. I allow some autonomy but also direct Gen Ys at times.
