Gary L. Bunch

Gary Bunch is a Vice President of Client Services with KEYGroup® . He has over 25 years of organizational development and training and development experience in the areas of creativity/innovation, reengineering, partnering, presentation skills, process analysis, team building, change management and communications. Gary has been able to provide consulting and development assistance for all levels and ranges of employees, managers, with a special expertise with top-level executives.

Serving Centerior Energy Corporation for thirteen years, Gary was Manager, Employee and Organization Development, and later played a key role in leading the company in a strategic business refocus. His full-time corporate work also included eleven years as Training Manager with the Caterpillar Tractor organization.

Gary was a founding member and three-term chairman of the Kentucky State Board of Education's Staff/Industry Exchange Program, a program which focuses on offering "real world" experiences for vocational educators by arranging exchanges between educators and corporate senior-level technicians and managers.

In addition to being past President of the Greater Cleveland Chapter and Assistant Regional Director for Region 3 of the American Society of Training Development (ASTD), Gary has made numerous presentations at ASTD national, regional, and chapter meetings, and has been a keynote speaker for many organizations. He has also taught Vocational Automotive Technology at the High School and College level in Michigan. In addition to graduate-level course work, Gary has a bachelors degree in education and an associates degree in automotive technology from the Ferris State University of Big Rapids, Michigan.
